Basra Engineering Technical College hosted a ministerial workshop encompassing all university formations under the title:
“Identifying Financial Challenges Facing Universities.”
The workshop was attended by the Dean of Basra Engineering Technical College , Assistant Professor Dr. Nawras Jameel Jasem, and the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, Professor Dr. Abdulridha Nasser Mohsen.
The workshop was delivered by:
•Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mahmoud Ahmed, Head of the Financial Planning Division – Administrative and Financial Directorate – Budget Department
•Mr. Haider Waheed
The session addressed the most prominent financial challenges confronting universities, in addition to discussing mechanisms for remediation and sound financial planning strategies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of administrative and financial performance within educational institutions.
This workshop forms part of ongoing institutional efforts to advance financial and administrative operations and to elevate the overall level of institutional performance across university formations
