Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, President of Southern Technical University, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Layla Balasem Hashem, Dean of Basra Engineering Technical College, the college organized an intellectual seminar titled:
“The Narcotic Effects of Trivial Culture and Its Role in Societal Backwardness”
This seminar was part of the Anti-Drug and Psychoactive Substances Awareness Week and was presented by Dr. Ihsan Nadhim Jawad.
