The Technical College of Engineering, Basra, held a workshop on the ethics of the teaching profession in higher education in accordance with integrated education curricula, under the sponsorship and presence of the President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Laila Balasim Hashem, and in the presence of the teaching staff and postgraduate students, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Latif. Tarsh.

The workshop aims to know the rules of ethics of the teaching profession by following blended learning and teaching, as well as knowing the behaviors of dealing with students and colleagues in a positive manner, which was allocated to the category of university professors from various specializations.

The workshop discussed the concept of ethics, ethics, and blended learning and its importance in developing education, ethics in the context of blended education and the necessity of applying it, principles of ethics in designing and implementing blended learning experiences, and ethical challenges for teachers and students in the blended learning environment.

The workshop concluded that the ethics of blended learning plays a vital role in developing an ideal educational environment that promotes positive interaction and effective learning through respect for moral values and principles, as bridges of communication and cooperation can be built between all members of the educational community.
