The scientific committees at the Basra Engineering Technical College convened their first meeting in preparation for the 2024/2025 academic year, under the supervision of the College Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Layla balasem hashem, and in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Diaa Kamel Shari, along with the heads of the academic departments.
The meeting addressed the college’s academic plan for the forthcoming academic year, as well as the subsidiary plans for each department. Additionally, strategies were discussed to elevate the academic standards and to work on equipping students for the labor market.
